He comes from a background in physical therapy but his aspiration to train world-class athletes has brought him to the performance world. He has been skiing since he could walk but the Flying Tomato (Shaun White) himself inspired him to get on one plank and snowboard. Ashley has been involved in sports and fitness her entire life. By high school, she was peaking in her gymnastics career, winning first place for her bar routine at nationals and having accepted a full ride scholarship to Auburn. During her time competing as a D1 gymnast, she spent time instructing at gymnastics camps and gaining more interest in sport specific training. As much as she loved gymnastics and appreciates the foundations it has given her, she has always been a bit envious of her brothers’ pursuits in the skating and biking world and knew that would be her next pursuit post college. Now, two years into being involved in the ski and bike world, she has found an even deeper passion for those sports and the community it cultivates. Ashley’s main objective is to help people stay fit and balanced in order for them to keep striving for new adventures and crushing their crazy goals for as long as possible. In her free time, Ashley enjoys learning new tricks on her snowboard, skinning, cruising downhill on her bike (a little too fast sometimes), and traveling to new places.
