Spin Circuit
If you’re looking for a great spin workout, but also want to get a few weights in before work, this is the perfect class for you! Our instructor will outfit you with a polar heart rate monitor to track your heart rate and guide you through the entire workout both on and off the bike.
Meditation
In this 1 hour meditation workshop, we will discover different methods to ground our energy and come to a meditative state. This class will offer techniques such as breath work, thought pattern recognition, and energy release methods to help guide you on the path of becoming your highest self. Journals welcome (and encouraged)!
Yin Yang Yoga
Combination of high energy movement/vinyasa followed by Yin relaxation movements and Pranayama

This is an all levels circuit class that will focus on the whole body. Students will alternate through 9 different exercises working the core, upper and lower body.
