Linda’s love of skiing brought her to the valley in 1978. Her days and nights were filled with several jobs as well as athletic pursuits. As owner/operator of Mount-N-Frame and a member of the Vail Breakaways, the local women’s ice hockey team, Linda recognized the need for something to alleviate back pain, stress and fatigue. She took her first yoga class in the early 90’s and never looked back. She began teaching in 1995 and today her style of teaching today reflects her many teachers and years of trainings. Although she is now retired, the value of her practice is more evident than ever. Yoga for Every Body is a slow paced alignment based yoga practice which includes meditation, breath work, strengthening and deep stretching. It is a guided practice in which everyone is encouraged to modify all poses to honor their strengths, limitations, injuries and body wisdom.
From the rolling hills of Tennessee, Kenneth moved to Colorado in 2008, and has never looked back. While recovering from multiple knee surgeries, yoga became an essential piece in his return to physical activities he enjoys. A 40 days to Personal Revolution Program set the stage for achieving an 200hr Power Vinyasa Teaching Certification in May 2022 As a local HR professional, Kenneth provides culture and HR services for non-profits and small businesses with a focus on team culture, mindfulness, and positive working relationships. Through this work he intends to shift the perspective on what it takes to lead in this ever-evolving employment atmosphere. It is his intention to empower his students through yoga and create a safe space for his students to grow. His purpose is to inspire others to seek the best of themselves through asana, pranayama, meditation, and self-inquiry… thus helping to push his students through moments of self-doubt. You will find his classes to be a great balance between intensity and ease. When not on the mat, you will find Kenneth travelling, skiing, hiking, and is ever dedicated to inspiring the people of the world to Shine their brightest light! Class Description "Yin Yang Yoga": Yin Yang yoga is a combination of high-energy movement, much like vinyasa, which builds heat and energy promoting power and endurance, followed by the more relaxing practice of Yin to give us a deeper grounding and calm the nervous system. Pranayama (Breathework) and Mindfulness are weaved into this balanced offering to ease transitions and promote presence.
