David is a Physical Therapist and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He comes from a background in physical therapy but his aspiration to train world-class athletes has brought him to the performance world. His style of training integrates expanding the mobility and health of our joints with intense loading of our tissues for optimal sport performance. He has been skiing since he could walk but Shaun White inspired him to get on one plank and snowboard too. David loves getting on the slopes, mountain biking, and hiking until his legs give out.
